To configure, go to settings->groups
Groups/categories are used to sort channels in http play to create packages of channels available to the user.
Create a new category or select an existing one from the list.
Name the category and click the button "ADD GROUP" to add streams groups.
Categories/groups have a hierarchy:
[category 1] - [group 1] - [stream/channel 1] - [stream/channel 2] - [group 2] - [stream/channel 3] - [stream/channel 4] [category 2] - [group 1] - [stream/channel 5] - [stream/channel 6] - [group 2] - [stream/channel 7] - [stream/channel 8]
As an example, we added the "news" and "sport" groups to the channel category.
Click on the "Streams" button to open a new window, where you can select the desired group. Set the checkboxes next to the required streams to add them to the group.
A stream cannot consist of multiple groups and categories at the same time.
Use categories to organize the sorting of streams in the playlist. In the http play settings, in the "playlist arrange" section, select the category from which streams will be available to users. The sorting of streams by groups will be saved (the playlist will contain groups of streams).
Stream packages and users
In the user settings, in the "Packages" section, you can specify the category of streams as a package of services available to the user.
The user will be able to view only those groups of streams that are included in the category available to him.
